My whole family comes to Mike. We have been customers for >15 years. He explains to you what's wrong, will give you a reasonable estimate, and fixes it. If he finds something else he will let you know before he tries to fix anything further. He tries to work w you to find parts that are more affordable when possible. He also guarantees his work if it needs to be brought back he makes it right in the 15 years it happened once. I bring my car to him for every oil change and repairs. He completes repairs in a reasonable amount of time. Finally, he's always been professional and courteous.
